Note: This is a Hybrid Position. Candidate to be on-site 1-2 days per week.

Job Title: Senior Enterprise Systems Designer - PeopleSoft ERP

Designs the infrastructure relating to PeopleSoft ERP service delivery. This could include networks connectivity, IP address configuration and management, firewalls, Linux and Windows server infrastructure, SAN, backup systems, Oracle data bases technologies and cloud.  The candidate will manage and coordinate technical resources in support of a large Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system.  This position will coordinate and manage project tasks across the PeopleSoft Administration teams, DBA and security teams. A strong technical background along with PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM experience is required. 

The person would need to gather requirements, design and create an implementation plan around the requested technology or solution. This senior level person must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have IT project management experience and be able to work directly with multiple levels of staff and management. Experience of 5 to 10 years in ERP systems management and web application deployment would be preferred. Solutions Architect - Leadership role that will be accountable for architecting and designing comprehensive solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing a Peoplesoft ERP system and support services.

• Detailed understanding of information technology including virtualization, networks,

• security, and database technologies.

• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Oracle technologies including PeopleSoft, Oracle Linux, Oracle RAC Database, and Oracle Exadata.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

• Knowledge of public sector human resource and financial systems.

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture including auditing and compliance.

• Working knowledge of DevOps practices.
