Summit Human Capital is seeking a Senior Payroll Business Analyst to support one of our clients on our PeopleSoft HCM Post-Production Support team out of Richmond, Virginia. This role will experience enterprise level exposure across numerous Virginia State Agencies. The ideal candidate will also meet the following criteria: Requirements:Experience with Payroll Peoplesoft Module 9.2 Significance experience supporting PeopleSoft Payroll, as the Payroll module is the key focus for this effort Project lifecycle experience for large scale Conversions, Requirements Gathering / Gap Analysis, Test ManagementAbility to read basic PeopleSoft and SQL code Advanced ability to write SQL queriesRelevant Bachelor's Degree Desired:Experienced working in a PeopleSoft implementation environmentPeopleSoft certifications Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Exposure supporting state agencies Responsibilities:Lead the Payroll Module activities for Post-Production Support in an environment where Peoplesoft has been implementedManage testing efforts across system test, parallel test, and user acceptance testingCollaborate across the application, test, change management, and deploy appropriate measures to ensure Payroll solutions meet requirementsTake a hands-on approach to participate in work product creation, raise and resolute issues, and work with clients on knowledge transferEngage with strong communication all stakeholders impacted by Payroll solutions on the program
