Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a Contract assignment with one of our premier IT Services clients in Remote Role.

Responsibilities :

• Looking for Strong PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional resource.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Co-ordinate with client business/IT management for various production issues and requirements.
• Good functional understanding of various Peoplesoft HCM Modules like Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.
• Requirement Gathering, Estimation, Program design, Change Control.
• Good hands-on expertise on various PeopleTools like SQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Data Mover, Integration Broker, etc

Required Skills:

• PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional expertise.
• Strong technical skills on tools like SQR, App Engine, etc.
• Good communication and interaction skills
• PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional expertise.
• Functional understanding of various Peoplesoft HCM Modules like Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.
• Requirement Gathering, Estimation, Program design, Change Control.
