Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA. Astute is currently looking for an FTE for the following role:

Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst (2 positions)

Location: Washington, DC - Baltimore area (On-site two days a week and three days remote)

Type: C2C

Duration: 2-5 years

Salary: $95-$105 per hr

Scope of Work

• Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Define and capture business requirements.
• Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
• Provide 2nd tier production support.
• Perform system configuration and testing.
• Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
• 3+ years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities

• 5+ years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll and Absence Management modules is required.
• 5+ years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application
• Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

Experience with the following:

• PeopleSoft upgrades and testing
• PeopleSoft selective adoption process
• Ability to provide expert customer service

Expert level knowledge of the following:

• SDLC methodology and processes
• SQL
• Oracle 19C databases
• REST-based webservers
