Location: Oceanport ,NJ

Candidates need to be locals (NJ, NY Locations)

Job Summary:
Functional/ Integration Tester shall have the primary role of ensuring the quality of the software and any associated custom development to meet the functional and technical requirements and enable the organization to operate and maintain the software application in a cost effective manner after the implementation or changes to the applications.

Essential Functions:

Develop and maintain formal test cases for specific releases based on the business requirements and technical specifications.
Execute test scripts/cases for releases or on-going maintenance and record test results in automated testing applications.
Track and Report defects in applications and provide functional and development team with necessary defect documentation, re-test fixes and record results.
Perform analysis and data mining to ensure proper test information coverage for test cases.
Assume responsibility for timely test cases completion to achieve targeted deadlines; Timely reporting of all critical milestones and deadlines to the supervisor/manager.
Work on multiple projects and ability to shift the effort based on the timelines established;
Conducting peer reviews prior to test execution (i.e., proper test cases coverage, test cases documented appropriately)
Working with developers and system analysts on resolving any open questions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors in a Technical or Business discipline.
Must have extensive experience in Manual Functional Testing such as creating test plan, building and executing manual test scripts.
Understanding of various testing methodologies.
Working experience of some or all of the Finance and Supply Chain, ADP Time and Attendance, Human resources and Payroll applications.
Knowledge of automated testing tools like PeopleSoft Test Framework is a plus.
Basic programming skills is a huge plus.
Experience using tools for creating, executing test cases and tracking defects.
Experience working on Implementations, Upgrades, Conversions related projects
Experience working with an enterprise wide, large-scale environment.
Excellent analytical skills, Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required

2 Role: Peoplesoft Techno Functional

Job Summary:

The primary role of the PeopleSoft Technical Analyst is to assist in the implementations of new affiliates and upgrades or new releases relative to PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain and HR/Payroll applications. This person will be viewed as a subject matter expert and will be expected to support integrations with other applications that are interfaced upstream and downstream. He/she will be responsible for identifying issues, debugging and providing necessary customizations to applications to support business needs.

Essential Functions:

Communicates and interacts effectively with all projects team personnel, user personnel, and department management.
Coordinates activities of Systems Analysts and Programmers on all projects.
Prioritizes activities and coordinates tasks according to project schedule.
Coordinates schedules with IS Operations and Data Processing personnel regarding system processing and changes, as required.
Informs Management of projects status, problems and projections, while completing assigned tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with project plan.
Communicates specifications to the appropriate programming group.
Provides data as requested through file extracts and systems reports for users department and external entities in a safe and secure manner.
Works with team in any future onboarding of any new businesses.
Required to stay on call schedule for off work hours and weekends.
Demonstrates ability to understand how data flows through and between other systems applications.
Performs any other functions within as demanded by management.
Demonstrates ability to program application and understands application architecture.
Schedules and monitors Process / Jobs required for processing.
Supports windows and server teams to perform maintenance / patching / testing.
Supports team in managing other applications supported & integrated.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor s degree required.
Experience in the health care field helpful.
Must be able to function in a fast-paced and challenging office environment.
Must be able to accept customers need to constantly reprioritize projects.
Ability to support enterprise applications like PeopleSoft and Lawson in HR, Payroll, AP, GL and Material management areas.
Will be required to travel to different affiliates within the health care system as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:
8 hour shift
