We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - ERP Systems to perform a variety of duties in support of the Accounting and Finance departments, including but not limited to: assisting finance managers with optimizing performance using the PeopleSoft application, engaging on projects that require in depth PeopleSoft experience as a representative of Finance, developing and maintaining PeopleSoft nVision reports through the use of Tier 2 access, and developing new queries requested by staff. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of PeopleSoft, ensuring that Finance is using it appropriately. Develop and monitor necessary controls surrounding PeopleSoft to ensure the integrity of the data stored within.Take the lead on projects that require in-depth PeopleSoft expertise.

Education and Experience Requirements:
* High School diploma or the equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in finance/business administration or computer science preferred.
* Five or more years of experience in a complex business environment using PeopleSoft is required.
* Possesses current expert level knowledge of PeopleSoft financial applications including knowledge of system analysis, design, development, testing and techniques for automated financial system.
* Experience and/or training in one or more areas of business focus, which may include Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, etc. is required.
* Must have excellent working knowledge of query building, analytics, pivot grids, and nVision reports.
* Demonstrates operational ability to design and understand business processes and how they integrate with the ERP applications is required.
* Ability to meet deadlines to achieve desired outcomes is required.
* PeopleSoft Finance/Supply Chain Management experience preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
