Job Description:

To collect detail requirements, Business processes, analyze current customizations and provide comprehensive executive summary for the path forward

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in ERP / PeopleSoft Finance, HCM or Pension software
• Ability to analyze PeopleSoft SQR, SQL, PeopleCode, App Engine code and configurations
• Ability to collect and document detail requirements
• Ability to collect and document current system customizations
• Document business processes
• Work directly with the clients to understand the individual needs of the business
• Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed
• Create and present report to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations

o Preferred Skills and Experience: Knowledge in Peoplesoft HCM, Finance or Pension modules. PeopleSoft experience must

o Required/Preferred Education: Prefer undergraduate degree in computer science
