PeopleSoft Single Signon

Pure Internet Architecture uses browser cookies for seamless single Signon across all PeopleSoft nodes. A node refers to a database and the application servers connected to it.

For example, a user can complete a PeopleSoft Human Resources transaction, and then click a link for a PeopleSoft Financials transaction without ever reentering a password.

Single Signon is especially important to the PeopleSoft portal, which aggregates content from several different applications and data sources into a single, integrated display.
