Sr. HRIS Analyst Needed for a 20 month project to help move from PeopleSoft to Workday.
Minimum Qualifications for HRIS Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of information technology experience.
Candidate will possess good experience as an IT Business Analyst in at least one of these two skill sets:
1) Oracle PeopleSoft Human Resources (HCM), Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Training, Talent Management, Organization Development, Self Service, eforms and Time & Labor setup and configuration.
2) SQL, SQR, and PeopleSoft Query and Microsoft Excel.
A minimum of 5 years Oracle PeopleSoft HCM experience is preferred and experience in higher education. HRIS functions include: HCM, Payroll, Time and Labor, Training, Benefits, Position Management, Organization Development, Self Service, Workforce Development, eForms.
Be detail oriented and understand the importance of functional, technical and security requirements.
Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
