RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a PeopleSoft System Analyst in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of the compare reports and participate in the Keep/Drop decisions, and construct application flows for core processes
• Create functional design for specific application customizations / enhancements including interfaces and reports
• Design and Configuration of PeopleSoft HCM applications and perform business tests of the related configurations
• Provide functional application expertise to the data conversion team and assist in fixing data conversion scripts
• Author functional specifications; Review functional specifications with business owners for approval; Review functional specifications with technical staff during transition to technical design and coding phases of the project
• Author technical specifications for interface and conversion software; Review technical specifications with staff during the transition to technical design and coding phases of the project
• In Phase 1, Upgrade existing reports for compatibility with PUM33 code level
• In Phase 2, construct additional reports to supplement the pre-defined reporting capabilities of the PeopleSoft HCM module; Work with report development staff to package and deploy new reports into a catalog available to authorized users
• Create business test scenarios and provide full life-cycle support in requirements definition, system analysis, design, development, quality assurance, documentation, testing, and production stabilization support
• Work with various teams including business, development, testing and infrastructure during all phases of the project cycle
