Position: PeopleSoft Developer - HCM
Location: Washington, DC (metro accessible)
Duration: 1+ year Contract
Must have experience with PeopleSoft Core HR and Benefits. Experience with Payroll support, Pension and Tax Allowance is a plus.

Production support environment
Must have knowledge of PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Application Designer, and SQL. PeopleSoft upgrade or implementation project experience is recommended.
PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 - v9.2 , PeopleTools 8.5x, PeopleCode , SQR, Oracle DB, SQL.
Must have a good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM suite of products, including but not limited to HR, Base Benefits, Payroll.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activities.
Requires detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the company's business objectives.
Excellent knowledge of and extensive experience developing applications in a variety of programming languages, operating systems and computer platforms.
Expert and comprehensive functional knowledge of application area, to which the incumbent is assigned, e.g. document management systems, economic systems, and administrative/ financial systems.
In depth knowledge (identification, prevention and remediation) of the Top 10 and most common critical application security vulnerabilities published by OWASP and SANS.
Knowledge of secure coding practices.
