Our client is currently seeking a Peoplesoft Functional Lead - Manager

We do this by helping to transform their HR function, including their HR policies, operations and dashboards, and increasing their workforce capability. We also drive both transformational and event driven changes by focusing on organization design, leadership, culture, change management, communications and training.
Qualifications Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Minimum
Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or related field) or Information Systems Degree(s)
Preferred: Master's degree Certification(s)
Preferred: Oracle/PeopleSoft certification or Human Resources/Payroll related certifications (i.e.. SPHR, CPP, CCP, et al)
Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrated proven extensive knowledge and success with managing administrative and technical aspects of HR consulting, including benefits, and employee benefit programs either as a service provider, plan sponsor, or consultant, especially the following: - Managing portions of full scale domestic and global transformations, implementations, and upgrades through project lifecycle; - Configuring and building in Oracle/PeopleSoft; - Assisting in process streamlining or re-engineering; - Assisting clients with building business strategy, assessing and recommending new service providers, and transitioning to a new provider. Demonstrated proven extensive knowledge and success with assessing client HRIS systems, including the following areas driving recommendation options that optimize, transform or implement technology solutions: - Analyzing client requirements - Developing solution options - Calculating ROI - Developing a business case
Skills Preferred: Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with managing components in at least five lifecycle Oracle and/or PeopleSoft implementations, emphasizing the following: - Upgrades in HR, benefits, payroll, time or talent management within PeopleSoft 9.0 or Oracle R12 HRMS environments. - Configuration and design in PeopleSoft 8, 9 or higher environments in the HR, benefits, payroll, time or talent management modules. Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Demonstrates proven extensive abilities as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
