PeopleSoft Financials Developer

Direct Hire - Annapolis, Maryland

One of Medix's top healthcare clients is located in Annapolis, Maryland who is looking to bring on an experienced PeopleSoft Developer. This individual would be focused within their Financial Supply Chain modules. They are looking to bring on this individual due to team growth and new enhancements to their system due to an upcoming Go-Live. This individual will be focusing upon converting an existing healthcare system to the clients due to a recent acquisition. Furthermore, the individual will be tasked with creating technical designs, development, and conversion tasks.

  • Work in a team setting- 4 individuals
  • Assist in developing new pages and records within their current PeopleSoft FSCM versions
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, implement and provide support to PeopleSoft Financials modules
  • Assist on working various projects
  • Create technical designs and development working heavily in SQR Programming
  • Working within PeopleTools
  • Handle incoming requests/tickets and coding in house
  • Prepare for a Go Live project
  • Daily work done in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders on occasion understanding requirements
  • Coordinate with BA and other developers understanding business requirements
  • Upgrade and modify current PeopleSoft applications
  • Perform code views and recommendations for improvements
  • Provide support in all phases of SDLC

Requirements to apply:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing PeopleSoft development
  • Experience within FSCM modules 8.8-9.2
  • Previous experience with a company merger/acquisition (Bonus)
  • Experience working through General Ledger, Asset Management, financial modules
  • Experience with PeopleTools 8.56
  • Experience providing SQR programming
  • Experience providing support with reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience handling requests and coding
