Description :

What the project is and what it does & Business Need:

Peoplesoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) is a software application used the the client wide designed to deliver, track, report on, and manage trainings and learner activity POP for this current extension:

Provide technical expertise in assisting the client to implement, optimize, and customize their ELM PeopleSoft application.

Technical Resource should be very knowledgeable in all phases of SDLCs and be able to adhere to the client SDLC.

This includes items such as requirements analysis and definition, business process analysis and definition, System Design, Technical Development, Interfacing to 3rd Parties, Testing, Rollout,and Support activities.

Technical Resource should be very knowledgeable in all components of PeopleSoft ELM including course catalog, scheduled classes, web based leaning components, search framework, application engines, integration broker, etc. Technical resource will help develop and maintain custom pages, components

Supplemental Duties :

Elicits and documents requirements and specifications from functional users and subject matter experts Translates customer requirements into a best fit within the application and develops processes and documentation that support the SDLC. Writes Technical Code to develop solutions that meets user requirements.

Develops and maintains standard systems requirement documents including but not limited to: business process workflows, Functional Requirements Documents,Technical Specifications, and use cases.

Supports application configuration as needed Implements complex enterprise system configurations.

Defines test scenarios based on requirements Creates test scripts to prove each scenario through system and user acceptance testing Meets deadlines and manages multiple, dynamic priorities Communicates effectively and demonstrates ability to work in a team-oriented environment Applies ELM, HCM knowledge and industry best practices in developing the to-be business processes and procedures

The minimum qualifications associated with this labor category is:

Ten (10) years of PeopleSoft programming experience with all development technologies including, but not limited to Peoplecode, Query Manager, SQL,Crystal, nVision, App Engine, App Messaging, and SQR

Bachelor's degree, Master¿s degree, or a PhD in Computer Science/Systems, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering/Engineering Technology, Software Engineering/Programming,Management, Natural Sciences, Accounting, Mathematics or Business/Finance Education requirements may be substituted with three (3) additional years of applicable experience.
