Description

Primary Function:
Leads and provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for complex business process engagements. Guides and leads sub-team of project resources in the review and analysis of requirements and requests. Works with Business and Technical staff to analyze current process requirements, track key performance indicators and solidify best practices to produce the best end-to-end process.

Skills:
• Expert functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM v.8.9 for Time & Labor and Payroll in configuration setup and rules for Payroll, Time & Labor and Benefit Admin
• Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors
• Skills and experience in developing detailed technical requirements
• Skills and experience in creating process block diagrams with swim lanes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Requirements:
• Business Analyst, 5 years (Preferred)
• SQL Queries, 5 years (Required)
• Benefits Admin , 7 years (Required)
• Peoplesoft HCM, 5 years (Required)
• Peoplesoft Time and Labor, 5 years (Required)
• Designs, documents, test and implements PeopleSoft 8.9 Payroll and Benefits functionality

Job Responsibilities:
• System lifecycle ownership of SuccessFactors
• PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefit Admin Configuration
• Production ticket resolution for PeopleSoft HCM v.8.9 for Time & Labor, Payroll and Benefits
• Developing detailed technical requirements for changes and enhancements to systems
• Developing process block diagrams with swim lanes
• Working daily with system end users, business users and leaders, developers, and other partners and peers
• Leading project activities and transferring to Payroll and Benefits subject matter experts
• Providing HCM system support, configuration setup, resolving system issues and identifying system changes to support business needs
• Implementing new features for PeopleSoft Benefits Open Enrollment and initiatives
• Reviewing and improving benefits open enrollment business processes
• Reconfiguring the Time and Labor events
• Must have a background which would not preclude a security clearance granted

Accountability:
PROBLEM SOLVING Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established practices and policies. May provide training or direct the work of lower level staff.

Position Requirements:
DEGREE Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information or equivalent JOB EXPERIENCE 5-8 yrs
