Basic Purpose

The PeopleSoft Developer is a developer in the technical delivery and support of PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules.  The candidate must possess advanced (for the III)/ senior-level (for the II) experience working in two modules in PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM Version 9.2.  The candidate must possess advanced (for the III)/ senior-level (for the II) ability to create technical documentation: ability to develop technical system designs, develop technical program specifications, and develop technical testing requirements.

•    Refine and decompose requirements to the level of detail required to initiate coding
•    Review and accept software and interface design and requirements
•    Implement code as specified in the design and ensures the implemented software fully satisfies functional and technical requirements
•    Develop technical system design documents 
•    Participate in functional BRD and technical design reviews

Required Skills: 
•    Strong functional and technical experience with core Human Resources and Workflow
•    Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrate a customer centric focus, and the ability to work independently
•    Must be highly organized
•    Ability to apply analytical thinking to solve business problems using technology
•    Level III - Minimum 7 years of progressive work experience focused on PeopleSoft application design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation in full life-cycle projects

Level II – 5 years

•    Level III - Minimum of 7 years’ experience in PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM 9.2, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interface, Application Engine, SQR’s, Application Package, Integration Technologies, SQL, Security, and PS/Query

Level II - 5 years  

Desired Skills: 
•    Pivot Grid, Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurators, PTF  
•    Experience with Fluid Technology and Web Services
