Job Description:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
In-depth experience with some of the following PeopleSoft technologies:
PeopleSoft Security, Tax updates, Workflow, Portal,
Patches/Fixes, PeopleTools (8.49 or higher), PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Tools, SQR/SQL, Query manager, Component Interface, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker.
In-depth experience with Taleo including TCC scripting
In-depth technical experience with the Kronos timekeeping modules and integrations
In-depth experience in leave business processes
In-depth experience with Oracle Financials to PeopleSoft HCM integrations
Ability to support DS2, a custom application
Knowledge of core functionality for some of the following PeopleSoft (8.9 or higher)
Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Position Management, North American Payroll, Time and Labor, HRMS Portal Pack, Workflow, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, ePay, Talent Acquisition Manager, Candidate Gateway, eCompensation, eProfile, eLearning, and Learning Management
Ability to gather business requirements
Ability to translate business requirements to functional designs
Ability to translate functional designs into technical specifications
Ability to analyze business problems and advocate best solutions
Possess exceptional project management skills, understand full project life cycle
Customer service-oriented C Business drives the technology
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills
Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and desire to grow professionally.
Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Experienced with HR/Payroll integration with Finance/Position Management
Public sector experience is a plus
Experience with object-oriented programming (C++, Java, VB, ASP.Net, Perl, etc.) is a plus
