Description:

The Financial Programs Analyst uses general knowledge of accounting and payroll laws and rules to perform day to day operations. At this level, the analyst balances, tests, reconciles, audits, and reviews transactional data in Oracle/PeopleSoft systems. Ensures compliance procedures are maintained while performing regular duties or special projects and analyses which focus on payroll, accounting and leave policies, laws and guidelines. In addition, the analyst is involved in process improvement, including documentation, and defining specifications for converting from manual to automated processes. The analyst works closely with the Accounting, Compensation, and Benefits sections to perform related tasks.
