Description
End User Support Analyst - I
"Part of a team of individuals responsible for managing vendor and contract information in Peoplesoft 9.1. Duties include -
- Provide end user support to users of Peoplesoft 9.1 regarding processes and systems.
- Provide support to suppliers as well on a day-to-day basis with respect to interactions with Peoplesoft 9.1.
- Manage procurement contracts and network suppliers in PS 9.1.
- Process line item pricing from vSource (Sourcing system) to Peoplesoft.
- Maintain spend for non-contracted suppliers.
- Monitor and respond to team mailbox and support tickets for issues/questions with Peoplesoft 9.1.
- Prepare and distribute vendor spend and contract reports and queries to the PeopleSoft user community, sourcing and other teams."
