RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a End User Support Analyst I in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Rsponsibilities:

  • Provide end user support to users of Peoplesoft 9.1 regarding processes and systems

  • Provide support to suppliers as well on a day-to-day basis with respect to interactions with Peoplesoft 9.1

  • Manage procurement contracts and network suppliers in PS 9.1

  • Process line item pricing from vSource (Sourcing system) to Peoplesoft

  • Maintain spend for non-contracted suppliers

  • Monitor and respond to team mailbox and support tickets for issues/questions with Peoplesoft 9.1

  • Prepare and distribute vendor spend and contract reports and queries to the PeopleSoft user community, sourcing and other teams
