Description
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for coordinating the College’s benefits programs. Interacts with employees, retirees, dependents, other departments, and vendors to resolve issues, gather and analyze data, and explain benefits. The position reviews daily PeopleSoft reports and is responsible for reporting requirements under the Affordable Care Act.
