We are searching for a Senior Systems Analyst- ERP to independently perform a wide variety of duties including business analysis, programming functions and provide end user support. This position requires strong functional- analytical skills. May provide functional or technical supervision of other employees in the same or related job classifications where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc. Must be willing to take ownership of the all functional and technical HCM business needs especially as it pertains to Payroll daily processing, tax update and year-end testing, processing, and supporting, and Production support and issue resolution. Strong emphasis working with PeopleSoft HCM: especially with HR & Compensation modules; desired knowledge & experience with Benefits module. Must be willing to take ownership of the all functional and technical HCM HR business projects especially as it pertains to these HR processes: new hire, rehire, terminations, ePerformance, remote work, compensation and benefits. Also, will be troubleshooting and resolving Production & HR interface issues.

* Hours: Full Time- 40 hours
* Shift: Day Shift 8:00am-4:30pm
* Location: Remote

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Experience working with PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain and/or Human Resources and Payroll Modules (HCM) version 9.1 or higher and PeopleTools 8.5x required.
* PeopleSoft version 9.2 preferred.
* Ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work directly with end users in requirements gathering, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and developing PeopleSoft solutions.
* Required technical experience includes all/some of the following:
* Develop online applications using PeopleTools, Application Designer and PeopleCode, approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
* Develop reports using PS Query, Pivot Grids, SQR and/or BI Publisher
* Create test scripts using PeopleSoft Test Framework and apply updates using PUM
* Integration technologies such as Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Excel to CI, Application Engines and SQR
* Configuration of Dashboards and Workcenters
* Work in both Windows and Unix environments, and basic windows/shell scripting experience
* Work on Oracle databases using SQL and PL/SQL, PS or db admin experience in Oracle or SQL-server is a plus.

* Travel between sites and on call coverage required. Satisfactory MVR required.

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 and seasonal Influenza. Must provide required vaccination documentation, unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
