We are looking for:

* 10+ yrs PeopleSoft HCM - most recently 9.2
* Strong Functional knowledge of all HCM modules
* Expert Excel, SQL, and analytical skills

PS HCM Specific Responsibilities:

* Works in tandem with Payroll, Benefits, HR, Accounting and Finance business and administration teams to identify, assess, and document business processes across multiple business divisions and departments, solve complex business process or system issues, and implement solutions and corresponding documentation
* Leads the delivery of functional architecture alignment with the HCM configured solutions
* Performs and leads requirement collection, requirement analysis, solution analysis, design, development, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and documentation of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)

Education & Experience specific to PS HCM:

* Extensive, 9-12 yrs, experience with PeopleSoft HCM
* Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
* Strong functional understanding of HCM modules including Core HR, NA Payroll, BenAdmin, MSS, ESS
* Experience with Payroll, Benefits and Human Resources business operations and systems technology as used in a highly complex and diverse retail company and maintains a strong grasp of the challenges involved in supporting the Human Capital Management function
