We are looking for a Peoplesoft Developer/Programmer for a client in Jacksonville, FL. This role will be a part of the Business Applications Team.

Analyzes the needs of user or business group and provides technical support for the Information Systems such as coding, designing, implementing and debugging programs

Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system

Serve as primary resource to implement project plans; addressing goals, deadlines, testing implementation, construction of test scripts and documentation of testing results

Post-live support of assigned business/clinical systems applications

Develop recommendations to address business requirements based on functional specifications and discussion with user community

Platform migration experience -- HUGE plus (particularly, Lawson to Peoplesoft) *migrating a portion of the business

Experience with Lawson
5+ years' IT experience (Jr-Mid level w/ Peoplesoft is okay)

Proficient Peoplesoft programmer -- FSCM OR HR/Payroll modules specifically

EDI development/support background

Experience with Peopletools/Peoplecode

Familiarity w/ EDI standards -- GHX (Healthcare specific) -- Must have for now.

Ability to work autonomously -- fielding incidents/requests independently

Experience with Peoplesoft within the last 3 years -- targeting version 9.2

AA degree or 2+ yrs specialized training in an applicable field
