PeopleSoft HCM 9.1
PeopleSoft HR Techno-Functional consultant should have functional knowledge of Core HR, Benefits Admin, NA Payroll, Time & Labor and had worked on Workforce Administration, Compensation, Payroll Interface, Absence Management, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Candidate gateway, Self Service, Manager self-service, e-Modules like e-Pay, e-Benefits, e-Profile.
He/she must have extensive experience in setting up HCM Test Instance, Go-Live cut-over steps, configuring foundation tables, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor Rules/ Tables.
He/she must have extensive experience in Application Designer, Data Mover, Integration Broker, Change Assistant, application Engine, Component Interface, PS/Query, Related content service, Fluid, Workflow, SQL, and PS Security. And creating test scripts in PTF. Should be Proficient in writing PS/Query, configuring Workflow and AWE Toolset and applying PS Security, should be Proficient in designing Components, Pages, Tables for complex business requirements.
Good working knowledge of Java / JS / JSON / Python / R, at least two of these. Must be familiar in designing Inbound/ Outbound Interfaces in HCM system and external Time applications.
Experience on PeopleSoft Rest API integration using People Tools Integration Broker. Technical Expertise in Integration Broker/REST, PeopleTools like SQR, PeopleCode, App Engine, App Package, PS Query, Component Interface, AWE, BI Publisher, Upgrades and Tax updates implementation experience, etc.
Autosys experience is an added advantage and writing the JIL scripts.
Implementation and / or Production support experience in the aforesaid modules.
Should handle the critical process and provide quick resolution on job failures along with the root cause analysis and provide suggestions towards continual process improvement.
Should provide accurate and quick fixes, including raising SRs for delivered bugs (if any) in processes with Oracle.
Analyzed new development or enhancement requests by testing the current system functionality and system capabilities to determine if the requested functionality is needed or is possible.
Should handle and fix the production issues that rise in the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 modules.
Should work in getting requirement gathering, estimation, design and development on various PeopleTools functionalities.
Documented system modifications, fixes and enhancements to PeopleSoft applications as needed.
Should possess good team coordination, effective communication skills (Oral, Written & Presentation), quick ability to learn new concepts and excellent interpersonal skills
