At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you'll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation.

Position Overview:

Works with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.). Formulates logical statements of business, scientific and/or engineering requirements. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems design considering existing systems, available technology, the capacity and limitations of equipment, operating time and form of desired results. Works with development, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout the development and installation processes. Designs a detailed systems testing plan to ensure an accurate and effective product. Prepares charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems, utilizing, if necessary, various business, scientific and/or engineering mathematical techniques. Analyzes existing system logic difficulties and revises the logic and procedures involved as necessary. May assist in the supervision and preparation of logic flow charting. Performs related duties as assigned or requested. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy of technical analysis and overall adequacy. Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters. College Degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred. Typically has 4 years related experience in PeopleSoft Financials applications."

Enterprise BTO provides end-to-end project management (concept to implementation) for a portfolio of projects, products and business initiatives sponsored by our Corporate Communications, Corporate Facilities, Economic Research, and Relations with Government Regulators & Industry business partners in CAO division. Our team manages systems and applications used by CAO division to provide a wide range of services that support employees and corporate functions We work closely with our business partners to balance the needs of various partners including customer experience, risk management, data integrity, time to market and operational efficiency. Ensure we understand and solve business needs utilizing a variety of state-of-the-art technology solutions including COTS, SaaS, and home-grown capabilities.
We provide a comprehensive scope of services to Freddie Mac's Enterprise Real Estate portfolio that involve physical office buildouts and/or renovations in headquarters and regional locations.

Your Impact:

Typically work on multi-disciplinary projects; require a broad understanding of the firm and its key functions.
Works under limited direction; independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
Provide project management or support, ensuring projects are tracked to scope, budget and schedule; issues/risks raised, as needed.
Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor partners to manage or support delivery and product implementations.
Engage with business and IT partners to identify, understand, document, and review business and nonfunctional scope, requirements, and processes.
Perform analysis and influence the evaluation of solutions including COTS/SaaS to meet business and technology requirements.
Accountable for ensuring IT related work efforts are completed on time and equipment is purchased, installed and validated to meet project "Go-Live" dates for office buildout projects
Ensure minimal reliance on manual work and focus more on automation
Prepare process and training documentation of all processes as needed

Qualifications:

2 - 4 + years of related work experience in PeopleSoft Financial Applications Accounts Payables, Purchasing, Accounts Receivables, Billing, Treasury Cash, Asset Management and Project Costing.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management systems, or business administration or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently with a technical and/or infrastructure team.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with managing IT and/or facilities-based infrastructure projects including PeopleSoft Financials or HR applications.
Proficiency with Excel & SharePoint, PeopleSoft Financial Applications including- Accounts Payables, Purchasing, Accounts Receivables & Billing, Asset Management, Project Costing and Treasury Cash modules.
Experience in end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, and support of applications involving COTS & SaaS
Experience with Agile and/or standard SDLC (Software Development Process) projects, and/or Operations involving production application maintenance, support, and business operations.

Experience with drafting requirements, performing fit gap analysis and should able to facilitate and run meetings.
Experience supporting multiple, multi-functional IT projects to ensure timely progress against project budget, schedule and resource plans.
Ability to work independently with a technical and/or infrastructure teams (Project Managers, Business users, PeopleSoft Development teams, release managers, Security & Engineering teams) to develop delivery schedule and deploy to production successfully. Experience with solving technical and functional issues with PeopleSoft application.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $75,000 - $113,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
