Provides technical assistance for incoming queries and issues, and both technical and functional assistance for incoming queries and issues related to Kronos.
The Support Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, user needs, and technology opportunities and limitations, in order to provide solutions or engage the appropriate service provider.
Pay range: $32.56-$36.30/hr. DOE
