Job Description:

We are seeking an analyst/tester with 5-10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience. Specifically we need someone with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM employee and job data.
We are moving future dated employee transactions from our PeopleSoft HCM system to middleware that is API enabled. This tester will run various employee transactions in PeopleSoft HCM and test that the transactions accurately made it to the middleware/APIs.
Remote is fine. Our team works 8-5PM CT. We're open to shifts from this range in the event the tester is on west coast or +/- 2 hours from Central time zone.
Candidate will work on our People Platform scrum team, which is a team of 8.
What does the ideal candidate background look like? We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate youre looking for. No healthcare experience required. The critical requirement is PeopleSoft HCM testing experience specifically around employee and job data. We need this candidate to work independently.
Are there any required skills needed to perform this position? Just peoplesoft HCM testing experience. Were looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience. And specifically demonstrated expertise around employee and job data testing
What experience will set candidates apart from one another? The specific experience listed above. The more experience the better, which would be something like 4-5 projects where they worked with this data specifically and can demonstrate to the interview team that they understand the relationships between these datasets and the transactions that change the datasets
What does the interview process look like?
a. How many rounds? 1 round with 2-3 of my individual contributors
b. Video vs. phone? Video/team call
c. How technical will the interviews be? Very technical. My team will ask specific questions about the testing experience this candidate has
