Very Strong PeopleSoft Technical resource (75-80%) who has extensive experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2; Key functional areas will be Core HR, Base Benefits, benefits administration (they will only need to be 20% functional).
The person will need to be very strong in technical development of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 module. He/she must have strong fluid experience, AWE, AE, CI, SQR, BI publisher, and Strong SQL knowledge The person must also have worked on Integration of PeopleSoft with other 3rd party applications most preferred will be someone who has integrated PeopleSoft with SAP Successfactor or ADP EV6. They will need to have strong experience in APIs The person has to have some functional knowledge of HCM, Payroll Base benefits, benefits administration etc and if they have any Payroll or benefits Interface experience then that will be great Any Work Day experience will be great but the work will not involve any Workday work to start with (not for next 6 months) but that would be implemented sometime next year so this will be the future plans that can help recruit a strong PeopleSoft guy They are not looking for tech resource who have worked on PeopleSoft financials module.
