What You Will Do:
As a PeopleSoft HCM Solutions Architect / Functional Lead, you will help lead the requirements development, fit/gap, solution approach and design, review of development, testing and implementation of major enhancements and operations & maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM system in production. This includes leading requirements, fit/gap, solution approach and design, and testing phases and incorporating business required functionality in development and maintenance of interfaces, reports, conversions, and other technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application, in an Agile teams approach.
You will help lead our clients and the project team through a structured process to analyze, develop requirements, fit/gap, solution approach and design, develop, test, and deploy the solutions per client requirements. Define and execute on a robust plan to ensure all client requirements are met, while leading the team to continuously innovate and streamline the application functionality and data quality assurance/testing process. Our professionals help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals willing to architect and develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.
What You Will Need:
The contractual requirements for this position require the candidate to be a US Citizen.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading requirements development, fit/gap, solution approach and design, and business support for development, testing and deployment solutions and support HCM processes and data analysis functions for commercial entities and Federal agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / Engineering or Information Systems or other relevant professional degree
9+ years of overall experience in requirements development, fit/gap, solution approach and design, development, testing, deployment and production support of applications or systems in an Agile teams approach
Minimum of 4 years of work experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or above
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
Experience in leading interactive client sessions, developing requirements, fit/gap, solution approach and design, application functionality client demo, test plans and sprint reviews for application modifications, enhancements, or customizations
Experience and knowledge of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query
Familiar with Portal Technology and Workflow
Experience with writing complex SQL statements and leading business aspects for implementation of custom modules
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership
Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience working in Federal environment
Experience utilizing an issue tracking software such as JIRA and ServiceNow
Through understanding of HR and HCM business processes and PeopleSoft HCM platform capabilities
Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience, and location.
This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.
The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
US Citizenship is contractually required for this position
The annual salary range for this position is $109,400.00-$218,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
