Job Description:
Prospective PeopleSoft Senior Developer will develop, create, and modify various aspects of PeopleSoft application. They will be responsible for PeopleSoft application integrations, upgrades, customizations, and reports. The incumbent will also contribute to planning, design, and implementation of fluid functionality. They will be responsible for system modifications, creation and maintenance of interface programs, and the support of day-to-day activities.
Prospective PeopleSoft Senior Developer will develop, create, and modify various aspects of PeopleSoft application. They will be responsible for PeopleSoft application integrations, upgrades, customizations, and reports. The incumbent will also contribute to planning, design, and implementation of fluid functionality. They will be responsible for system modifications, creation and maintenance of interface programs, and the support of day-to-day activities.
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft senior developer role.
Experience in using PeopleSoft specific tools using People Tools v8.55 or higher.
Working experience with development of Tiles, Fluid pages and Fluid functionality.
Working experience with Activity guides, drop zones, page field configurator and Event mapping.
Working experience with configuration and debugging issues related to Elastic search functionality.
Working experience with Fluid functionality associated with Fluid Job and Position Management.
Working experience with Approval Workflow Engine, workflow technology.
Excellent working knowledge of Application packages and App. Messaging.
Working Knowledge about Data masking and encryption.
Strong experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker Technology.
Strong Experience in PeopleSoft HRMS (HR/NA and NA payroll/Benefits/Absence Management).
Working experience with NA payroll processes including tax updates, yearend processing, reverse/adjustments, overpayments, garnishments etc.
Preferrable experience with Fluid Company Directory, Real Time Indexing for Job search index, Person search index, Workforce Diversity.
Preferrable experience with Benefits Life Events Insights, Benefits Admin Processing Insights, Benefits Open Enrollment Insights.
Preferrable experience with Implementing Questionnaire Framework and Notification Composer Framework.
Excellent working knowledge in setting up PeopleSoft Security and maintaining of Security Admin Configurations (permissions and roles).
Significant experience working with technical aspects of PeopleSoft security and troubleshooting security related access and row level security issues.
Significant experiences writing highly complex conversions, interfaces with 3rd party applications and reports.
Excellent working knowledge in setting up PeopleSoft Security and maintaining of Security Admin Configurations (permissions and roles).
10+ years working experience with PeopleCode, Application Designer, App Engine, BI Publisher, SQR, PSQUERY and SQL.
10+ years working experience in a production support environment with troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Working experience with Process Scheduler, Data Mover, and Import Manager.
Preferrable experience with Kibana and Chatbot Integration framework.
Strong experience with multiple PeopleSoft application and tools upgrades.
Experience in planning, implementation and design of PeopleSoft customizations and integrations.
Experience with system and integration testing.
Develop and update software components in support of PeopleSoft updates and enhancements.
Code solutions based on specifications including application customizations, custom reports, and interfaces.
Build and debug application interfaces between PeopleSoft and other systems.
Knowledge on PeopleSoft Administration including new PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) methodology for applying bundles.
Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
Coordinate or perform database related tasks.
