Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Job Type: Contract

Looking for an experienced HCM Developer to work on Prod Support activities. This would include enhancing programs / processes to rollout new requirements to existing programs. You must be a self starter, able to work production support cases and juggle program enhancements.

The developer will be responsible for coding work units. The functional lead will provide guidance for requirements on each work unit. The work unit could be an extract to send to a vendor, an internal report, or a page to capture additional information.

• Good understanding of HRMS concepts and working knowledge of PeopleSoft HR, Time and Labor and NA Payroll.
• Experience with SQR, PeopleCode, App Engines, Integration Broker and other Peoplesoft development tools.
• Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of HCM data models.
• Knowledge of Stat from Quest.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once.
• Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and requires minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATION:

• At least 12 years in software business analysis, testing, or related IT experience, with at least 8 years of development experience in PeopleSoft
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is required. Time and Labor and NA Payroll is required.
• Integration of HCM and FMS modules for Staffing business is required
• Experience working directly with end users to gather requirements is a plus. Good communication skills are a must.
