Role: PeopleSoft HCM ConsultantLocation: Albany, New YorkDuration: 30 MonthsDescriptionProvide PeopleSoft Application Development and Architect support for current PeopleSoft Applications and assist with the design and implement solutions for the Human Resource Management System Project (HRMS).DutiesAnalyze change request submissions to assess the need for customizations versus workaround with delivered functionality.Develop complex PeopleSoft Application Engine programs based on customer requirements.Write complex People Code to customize PeopleSoft Application Packages to enrich functionalities of the systems.Design testing approach and create test scripts.Monitor interface programs and resolve issues in a time-sensitive environment.Apply concepts of PeopleSoft Application Security.Work in coordination with the customers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Produce documentation such as technical and functional documentation, as well as options documentation based on the requirements gathered from the customer.Write Structured Query Language (SQL) proficiently to diagnose problems and resolve issues.Prepare demo environments for demonstration of PeopleSoft features to stakeholders.Provide configuration support and application triage for PeopleSoft environments.Provide support for environment upgrade activities.Analyze, research, and document Business rules for legacy application functions.Work on special projects as required.Mandatory RequirementsExperience (8+ Years)Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.RequirementsThis is an 100% Onsite7 Years of experience developing and coding customizations, interfaces and programs in a PeopleSoft environment developing with PeopleTools7 Years programming experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) in Workforce Administration Module7 Years of experience using SQL against an Oracle relational database to support a PeopleSoft system5 Years of experience with PeopleSoft Smart HR Templates5 Years of experience with PeopleSoft Application Workflow Engine5 Years of experience programming Interfaces with external systemsThanks & Regards,SR IT RecruiterAravind KumarEmail: USA : lt;br />versazen.com
