Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proven knowledge and success performing in a functional role for PeopleSoft Financials project engagements: Implementations, Enhancements and Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

• Demonstrates proven abilities with identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information in written deliverables format; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

• Demonstrates thorough abilities with, and/or proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs: contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials - at least 4 full life cycles with 7+ years' experience. • Subject matter expert in developing Financials detailed requirements development and management. • Experience as a PeopleSoft Solutions Architect specific to Financials modules and related integration considerations • Deep experience in application configurations supporting requirements. • Experience with Financials Business Processes improvements and re-engineering. • Experience in Systems Integration and UAT testing of Financials enterprise applications • Experience in developing Functional Financials Training materials and class delivery • Experience in client PeopleSoft Financials cutover planning and delivery. • Experience in PeopleSoft Operations and Maintenance • PeopleSoft Project Management and Functional Workstream Lead experience required. • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience with client working on developing an ERP roadmap • Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Provide Weekly and Monthly Status Reporting. • Provide meeting support (facilitate meetings, prepare agenda, prepare project briefings, present to the stakeholders, document and distribute meeting minutes, and track actions) • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment Deploy common set of PMO practices, tools and templates for program and project level management. • Experience putting together briefings for Senior level audiences • Experience developing impactful and succinct formats for communicating complex concepts • Strong Business Process knowledge (Financials)

Additional Requirements

+ The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

Compensation for this role is $110K - $130K but may vary based on education, skills, experience, and location.

Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.

This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.
