A tech services company in Washington, D.C. has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new PeopleSoft Function Consultant / Business Analyst.Responsibilities:The PeopleSoft Function Consultant / Business Analyst (Remote) will:Operate and be familiar with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, Manager Self-Service, and the latest application functionalityGather and translate requirements into a best fit within the application, identify business process improvements, develop, and maintain SDLC documentationSupport application configuration, and define test scenarios create test scripts, and recommend solutions that leverage delivered functionalityReview and comment on proposed functionalityEvaluate and provide feedback on design documents, test plans and scenarios, and other associated artifactsWork with Developers to ensure thorough understanding of functional requirements and designsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications: 3+ years of overall functional experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management.Bachelor's and/or Master's DegreePrior experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.Solid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Federal HR experience, including personnel action processing (PAR), manager/employee self-service, performance management, compensation, approval workflow engine (AWE), and/or learning managementPeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) experienceStrong SQL and PS Query skillsPrior hands-on HRConnect experienceExperience interacting with the National Finance Center (NFC) for payroll interface purposesExperience working within an Agile framework
