8 - 10+ years of IT extensive experience as Sr Peoplesoft Technical With good knowledge in Performance Engineeringo Traditional PeopleToolso PeopleSoft FSCM Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retireo Performance Engineering Tuning, Re-designing, Testing o SQL scripts 8+ years of IT extensive experience as PeopleSoft Technical knowledge Minimum 1 years of experience in Performance Engineering in Oracle / PeopleSoft Environment. Good to have Functional knowledge in FSCM modules

Key responsibilities*
Must be able to understand PeopleSoft Batch program, analyze and debug them Work with Oracle Performance Engineers, DBA on performance tuning, re-designing records, pages, Application Engine programs. Provide solutions on performance issues in PeopleSoft Environment Especially in Batch Jobs PeopleSoft Programming - Analyze, Design, Develop & Testing Must be an expert in SQL scripts. Expertise o PeopleSoft Programming o SQL scriptso Performance Tuning Must understand how to correlate scripts to maintain PeopleSoft Persistence. Must be able to validate scripts working as expected by using code in the scripts to validate success and/or failure of each transaction or step Must be an expert in debugging existing logic and re-designing the program without modifying the core functionality Expectation of looking in Oracle/ PeopleSoft application to assure transactions are being created/modified/approved Be able to understand new PeopleTools and new features OEM Knowledge Good to have Oracle/ PeopleSoft knowledge of FSCM modules Good communication skills Experience Required 8-10 yrs
