We are currently seeking a PeopleSoft Business Analyst (Finance & Supply Chain) to join our Shared Business Services team. This full time role will work days, primarily remote, with some occasional campus visits (seeking local candidate).

Provide support for the Finance and Supply Chain departments including requirements gathering, designing functional specifications, testing, training, and deployment. Troubleshoots production issues, provides system resolutions and suggestion for business process change. Collaborates with FSCM business owners to analyze issues or pain points and generate options that will ultimately lead to planning, design, and implementation of solutions. Work with the business to develop and execute a roadmap that aligns with HCMC's strategy and standards

Responsible for supporting the analysis, configuration, maintenance, testing, training, and support for computer based corporate application system upgrades, new releases, and optimization and implementations for the hospital

Required COVID-19 Vaccinations for Employees

* Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the creation of application features, enhancements, and functions
* Develop and document business case/scope/plan, business/functional requirements
* Question proposed technical solution logic as well as facilitate discussions between the various groups
* Develop detailed system test plans, execute system test cases and provide issue tracking and consolidation
* Lead a coordinated User Acceptance Test (UAT) effort
* Identify and validate business objectives, and generate solutions that align with HCMC's strategy and standards
* Perform business analysis and document business requirements using easy to understand tools and methodologies
* Document requirements as appropriate including specifications for package solutions, and development specifications and design for an agile software development environment
* Develop and recommend solutions based on business analysis
* Participate in training of FSCM modules to the organization to ensure adequate competency exists among users of the system.
* Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by management


Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in Business
* 3 years of relevant industry experience with at least 1 years' experience on the PeopleSoft FSCM platform in a functional and technical capacity
* OR-
* An approved equivalent combination of training and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters degree in Business, Finance or related subject
* Peoplesoft 9.2 Experience
* Expertise in Peoplesoft Mobile Inventory, Project Costing, Accounts Receivable, AtPar
* Consulting experience in PeopleSoft Inventory, eProcurement, Asset Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable
* Professional certifications, such as: CPSM, C.P.M., CMRP, CSCP, PMP

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to details
* Must be able to take a lead role to analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Demonstrates expert knowledge in working with integration and interfaces to other systems
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills, analysis and design skills, communication and documentation skills, and strong customer service skills
* Must have organizational skills with special attention on details and be able to work independently
* Demonstrable proficiency in simultaneously managing multiple priorities and assignments
* Demonstrates proficiency to maintain expert knowledge about the system through participation in vendor classes, vendor client conferences, and working with vendor support
* Demonstrates proficiency in maintaining operational procedures to ensure data integrity and maximum system availability.
* Demonstrates proficiency in documenting application specific support information (e.g. developing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), daily procedures, etc.) and maintaining the information on the Intranet
