Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:

o Analyze and understand business processes related to workforce administration within the PeopleSoft environment.

Requirements Gathering:

o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for HR processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Configuration and Customization:

o Configure and customize PeopleSoft modules to meet specific business needs, with a focus on Workforce Administration functionalities.

Issue Resolution:

o Provide expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of PeopleSoft applications related to workforce management.

Data Management:

o Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.

Stay Updated:

o Stay updated on PeopleSoft updates and industry best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements accordingly.


Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Workforce Administration functionalities.

Strong understanding of HR processes and related systems.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft modules.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Certification in PeopleSoft or related areas is a plus.
