Job Description

BAE is searching for a PeopleSoft and HCM Architect with experience in a complex suite of applications including PeopleSoft HCM, WebCenter Content, Quest STAT, and Tidal Workload Automation. The customer base includes over 45,000 users and development/dba team of up to 10 individuals. The candidate will become a senior member in a team of high-level, experienced architects and administrators, working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):

• Architecture and administration for multiple applications including PeopleSoft

• System adherence to strict BAE Systems compliance and audit standards

• Standardization and documentation of best-practice methods and configurations

• Daily monitoring, management, and maintenance

• Implementation of system metrics reporting for performance management

• Future state roadmap planning and execution

• Code migrations through Dell STAT tool

• Developer and End-User support

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 8 years of PeopleSoft experience required

• Strong PSFT Upgrade experience to 9.2

• World class design and documentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Application administration and SQL capabilities
