Exciting opportunity to support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time Labor and custom-built modules. This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, and includes, but is not limited to requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development and testing. Responsibilities Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations Identify the potential impact of a proposed application change to other modules within the application Create and update technical specification documents Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, always following the teamrsquos development standards Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own development work Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve breakfix production issues. Provide appropriate communication related to these issues as outlined in a service level agreement. Qualifications Position Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM including PeopleToolsApplication Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle Excellent problem solving and analysis skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with Linux and the following PeopleSoft development tools Integration Broker, Component Interface Experience in PeopleSoft production support Ability to work with both technical and functional resources to ensure business requirements are satisfied Well organized, pays attention to detail and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in computer-related field
