Description:

Responsible for workflow development, system configuration, application of innovative technologies and approaches, support, change documentation, training end users on application functionality. Anticipate business needs, employ business-owner mindset with strong fundamental system knowledge and organizational infrastructure; recommend solutions to achieve organizational goals; remain abreast of technology advancements; support, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and peers; establish and maintain business contact network; organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred or 5-7 years direct work experience in a Healthcare setting in lieu of. Preferred experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable 9.2. Desirable certifications (or completion within 6 months of hire date): PeopleSoft Application Developer, PeopleTools and PeopleCode; Skills: work independently; self-motivated, results oriented; communicate professionally; active listening, consultative approach; excellent interpersonal skills; lead teams; analysis and quantitative/qualitative study designs; SQL.
