Where you fit in

The Applications Analyst role serves as our primary source for expertise in their assigned solutions and aids our Caregivers in maximizing their technology investments. This role is to support the PeopleSoft Financials Supply Chain Management platform. This includes application development, application configuration, end-user support and testing. Additional responsibilities include the development, integration, and deployment of solutions; developing and supporting application solutions and re-engineered components based on client requirements; and performing business and technical designer functions.

Your exceptional skills

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and fix errors in existing applications systems
  • Ability to be responsible for the technical solution development, deployment/cutover, and implementation - covering all technical aspects of the PeopleSoft implementation lifecycle
  • Ability to be responsible for the development and delivery of one or more PeopleSoft application development components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions
  • Participate in code and design reviews and technical presentations to cross functional staff
  • Responsible for managing customer relationships within context of the individual role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Assist in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities
  • Create and maintain documentation and standards
  • Create and maintain thorough and complete technical documentation of all ERP PeopleSoft customizations and reports
  • Work with technical and business partners to support PeopleSoft development/processing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership

Your exceptional qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree strongly preferred
  • Five (5) or more years of equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of PeopleSoft FSCM technical development experience required
  • Possess prior experience of supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s).
  • Experience in PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools version 8.55 or higher is strongly preferred
  • Experience in SQL is required
  • Experience in UNIX, UNIX shell scripting, PL/SQL, and XML and encryption technologies is preferred
  • Experience in one or more of Integration Broker, Application Package, Application Security, Self Service configuration, AWE is preferred
