TIME / DATATIME

I have two questions?

Can a table edit with a PROMPT TABLE EDIT type where the field has a datatype
of TIME?


All date fields on the web application show up with a calendar prompt. Can this
be done with a field that has a datatype of DATETIME where the date and time
can be entered as a prompt
