PeopleSoft Functional Inventory/Purchasing/eProcurement Consultant

We are in the midst of implementing Inventory 9.0 and are currently facing two issues.
Issue 1: Using Fulfillment Engine, we were able to generate the Pick list and had it mapped to the printer successfully. However, after the Fulfillment Engine has run the reservation process and taken the orders from releasable to released to pick confirmed to shipped and, finally to the depleted state, we are not able to generate the shipping document. In other words, how do we map the same to the printer?
Issue 2: When we run the add/update receipts in Purchasing, we have the Interface Receipt box checked. However, we arent able to map the putaway plan document to the printer either although the printer destination path is given the same as that for the pick plan (which works fine).
Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this issue? Any help will be appreciated.
