Peoplesoft Cache error

Hi,

I am able to login to Peoplesoft application, but when trying to access any policies I get error - Check error in cache file (23,1).

Explanation:
Peoplesoft checks cache files for consistency to prevent tampering.


Please can anyone help me out.
