Peoplesoft Workday Administrator – Plano, TX
 
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Peoplesoft Workday Administrator for one of our top automotive clients in Plano, TX. This is a contract position through Kelly Services.
 
Description:
The PeopleSoft-Workday Administrator is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Monitoring PeopleSoft HR system for missing/inaccurate data, data entry, and assisting where needed with the conversion of data from PeopleSoft to Workday and/or from Workday to PeopleSoft.
  • This process will require flexibility, adaptability, and intermediate to advanced experience utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft HR, Excel and/or Access.
  • The desired candidate should be deadline driven, work well under pressure, possess a strong customer service mindset, and have the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization, both inside and outside of Human Resources.

 
Key Objectives:

  • Run reports from Workday and PeopleSoft to monitor for data discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot/problem solve when information is missing/inaccurate
  • Key confidential information into HR systems as needed to maintain data accuracy
  • Explain the critical need of this information and bring it to the attention of Senior Manager if the information is not received
  • Act with a sense of urgency, being mindful of last-minute requests.  Time management is key in order to get the correct information in a timely manner

 
Requirements:

  • Experience using and maintaining Workday HR system
  • Experience writing complex custom reports in Workday
  • Minimum 4 years of applicable experience in HR, Workforce or Talent Analytics
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience configuring, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to meet customer requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong working knowledge of computer sciences and applications/software
  • Ability to formulate and present recommendations regarding functional and technical solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, or reduce operating expenses
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate

  • Experience using and maintaining PeopleSoft HR system
