Description

We are currently seeking PeopleSoft IHCM Integration Consultant for our customer’s PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 implementation. In this role, you will work with clients and functional consultants to execute a data conversion client legacy system into PeopleSoft. Successful candidates will provide technical process knowledge and product expertise and have the ability to translate PeopleSoftt and client terms so that all participants can contribute to implementation success.

HCM Integration Consultant Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience as PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Benefits Specific Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the underlying benefits tables and configuration options
  • In-depth knowledge of the integration points between Benefits, HR and Payroll
  • In-depth Knowledge of interfaces with third party vendors

Other PeopleSoft HCM Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the HR tables, including all data elements required to design and build an HR Census/demographic data file and determine benefits eligibility
  • Knowledge of the key payroll tables related to payroll deductions and experience with remittance files to benefit/retirement providers.   

Experience in all project phases including:

  • Author functional specification documents
  • Facilitate configuration and application security decisions
  • Configure the system to meet the USG business requirements
  • Develop/document test conditions, scenarios, and scripts
  • Conduct system and integration testing
  • Provide knowledge transfer to USG team members

Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2

  • Deep understanding of setup tables, integration points and reporting
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Experience with PS Query and SQL
  • Proactive in completing the job assigned with little direction and be adaptable to changing job requirements
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to accomplish goals and support others
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and Visio
