Purpose of Position/Summary

PeopleSoft Financials Project Costing and Federal Billing Business Support Analyst - Provides system support for Federal Grant dollars within the PeopleSoft Financials Project Costing, Customer Contracts and related modules. Provides business support in these areas for all agencies.  Similarly, this position also supports PeopleSoft Financials Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.  This support includes providing training and responding to support tickets for all of these modules for over 150 agencies.  

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide Lifecycle support of PeopleSoft Project Costing and Customer Contracts modules

• Provide secondary support for PeopleSoft Financials Accounts Receivable and Billing modules

• Manage Project Costing, Federal Billing and other projects as required

• Troubleshoot and support PeopleSoft to resolve end user system problems for Federal Billing

• Provide module upgrade testing and testing coordination for the agencies

• Provide end user training for Federal Billing process and related PeopleSoft modules

• Utilize helpdesk application to track and respond to user support issues within SLA

• Confer with technical and functional GMIS team members, as well as other IOT staff regarding      issues resolution

• Manage Federal Billing, Project Costing, Customer Contracts and other projects as required

• Utilize helpdesk application to track and respond to user support issues within our SLA

Job Requirements

• Mastery of PeopleSoft Project Costing and Customer Contracts

• Working Knowledge of PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and Billing

• Knowledge of Federal Grants is a plus

• Provide Lifecycle support of PeopleSoft Financials Accounts Receivable module

• In depth experience with module testing methodologies

• Strong knowledge of query and/or SQL and familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials table records

• Excellent problem solver

• Must work well in a team environment

• Must manage priorities well in accordance with GMIS policies

• Must have good written and verbal communications skills.  Comfort speaking in

   front of small or large groups is a plus
