Leader of a sub team of
PeopleSoft developers providing operational support for mission critical,
enterprise PeopleSoft applications for Corning Incorporated. Member of a global
team focused on leading operational excellence.


to Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced investigation and diagnosis of
    incidents and problems in guidance to SLA

  • Lead the development and implementation of
    resolutions that provide workarounds and address the root cause of problems

  • Detect events and analyze trends to identify
    future potential issues

  • Develop and implement corrective actions to

  • Manage end user communications related to
    service interruptions, issues, changes, and resolutions

  • Manage rotations and support staffing levels

  • Maintain information about problems, and update
    Knowledge Management documents as appropriate

  • Coordinate maintenance on tiers of PeopleSoft
    under the management of PeopleSoft Operations

  • Facilitate knowledge transition and approval
    for break fix and projects

  • Engage and facilitate cross team collaboration
