Issue with PeopleSoft Campus Solution

We're encounteing an issue in PeopleSoft Campus Solution. When trying to save a value or when finalizing something it generates an error message:

Unable to initiate RemoteCall. User does not have write permission to directory c:\PT8.50\Appserv\HRCSX\logs (2,-1) DERIVED_REGFRM1.SSR_PB_SUBMIT.FIELDCHANGE PCPC:967 Statement:14
